Consultation and Proposal -Fee $150
Meet with the homeowner or Realtor, discuss goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on the investment for home improvement dollars. Will discuss the 8-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer wold and gathering those all important “first impressions.” The “Top Ten” Priority Report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra direction. This customized report focuses on the ten most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and obtain faster sale.
Consultation- Fee $300
Meeting with homeowner or Realtor to discuss goals, expectations, and how to receive the maximum return on investment for home improvement dollars. Includes Space clearing/Intention Ceremony. Go over our 8-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gathering those all important “first impressions.” Working together, we’ll roll up our sleeves and stage a couple of main areas of the home in order to give a visual of “how to” transform spaces. We’ll take some gorgeous photos, and provide to homeowner or agent for use in marketing efforts. Fine tuning services are available.
Half Day of Home Staging or Feng Shui Interior Redesign- Fee $375
If additional assistance is needed after the initial consultation, this service is for homes that need a little extra attention and expertise or are less than 2000 square feet. This will include the Space Clearing/Intention Ceremony and the 8-step Action plan to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. Accessories will be used in order to complete the look of each room, photos for marketing efforts and visual of what to purchase.
Full Day of Home Staging or Feng Shui Interior Redesign Fee- $475
This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet. A full day of dramatic transformations to the home is implemented including the Space Clearing/Intention Ceremony. You won’t believe the difference a day can make! Walk away with a show-ready home, photos for marketing efforts, and visuals of purchase that can be made to complete the look.
New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend Fee- $575- $975 (varies depending on home size, etc.)
This service is prefect for the house that is about to go on the market OR have an Open House in order to make a great first impression! Will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream. Will start with a Space Clearing/Intention Ceremony and will work off detailed Action Plan, that will be give to the Home Seller or Realtor in order to complete the transformations at the end of the session. To get top dollar, it is recommended that every home should go through this complete staging transformation BEFORE the home is listed!
Shopping Service Fee- $55.00 per hour
Will create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of the home. Simple inexpensive purchases can go a long way in changing the look of a room.
